Water Meter Replacement Notice – Action Required
The Town of Jerusalem Keuka Park Sewer and Water mandatory water meter swap installation program is starting on July 27, 2026. The program upgrades older equipment to new digital smart meters to improve data accuracy and simplify remote billing.

- Mandatory Requirement: The upgrade is mandatory to ensure all town accounts comply with current infrastructure and billing software standard regulations.
- No Homeowner Cost: Official municipality meter updates typically come at no direct cost to the homeowner for the equipment or standard installation.
- Inside Access Required: Technicians generally need access inside your property (such as a basement or utility closet) where your main water lines and current meter are located.
