The Town of Jerusalem has transitioned its official website from Jerusalem-ny.org to Jerusalem-ny.gov, a verified government domain. The .org website will remain accessible for a limited time and will automatically redirect users to the .gov address.

KPSW has completed a conversion of its billing and payment software. This has been done to replace the outdated system and prepare for the new interface for the approved water meter capital project.

1. Quarterly billing for all customers has changed to bills being generated March 1st, June 1st, September 1st, and December 1st.
2. Bill postcards will be white.
3. New account numbers and a pin number will be issued for all accounts and be posted on your March bill. The -0 is part of the account #.
4. Online payment portal has been updated.
